Highly experienced SARFAESI Resolution Agent. Handled more than 37,000 cases under the SARFAESI Act assigned by banks for Symbolic Possession, DM/CMM/CJM orders, physical possession and sale of assets.

Founder and Senior Partner of  AAAG & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, primarily engaged in Loan syndication, Restructuring, Rehabilitation, BIFR, CDR, Working Capital Management since 1984. Handled over 1000 assignments in the last 40 years for loan syndication, restructuring, etc.

Experience in Insolvency Resolution & handling of Stressed Assets

Founder and Chairman of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP (AAAIP). One of the first two Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) recognized by IBBI. Most experienced Resolution Professional and Liquidator in the country. Handled 44 assignments of IRP, RP & Liquidator in his own name and supervised over 300 additional similar assignments where the IPE has provided support services to either its Designated Partners or Associate Partners. Handled cases ranging up to 26,400 Cr debt to over 2 lakh COC members. Prepared several resolution plans and handled many cases of operational creditors those were settled without the commencement of CIRP.

Had been Member Advisory Committee, IPA of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(IIIPI). Key speaker, panelist, or faculty at seminars, conferences, conclaves, webinars, workshops, training courses, etc., organized by IBBI, ICAI, ICSI, ICMA, ASSOCHAM, PHD, SBI and various other organisations. Contributed Articles, PPTs, to various journals, websites, and training courses. Has recently completed 100 webinars of AAA WEEKLY WEBINAR SERIES on IBC & SARFAESI. YouTube channel namely ‘AAA INSOLVENCY’ is very popular amongst professionals, students, researchers and IBC enthusiasts as it provide free education on various subjects on IBC, SARFAESI, and allied issues.
