The Safetac layer prevents the outer dressing from sticking to the wound and ensures atraumatic dressing changes. The Safetac layer seals around the wound edges and prevents exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin, thus minimizing the risk of maceration.Benefits of Mepitel

Great Looking. Funky. Convenient for Hands Free-ness

I love the modern lines of this purse. And of course, as Hobo always does, it has a fun interior.
The circle part is large enough to put your forearm through. So I bought it thinking I'd only have a clutch...or maybe a wristlet at best. But actually, I can pull it up to my elbow while I'm shopping and flipping through things. That is so cool.
I've never had this many compliments on a purse.
Mind you, it is still small. So if you carry a tote-sized purse, this will seem teeny. I find it super handy while traveling too. It goes inside of my backpack or laptop case. Then you can grab it without schlepping your entire suitcase around.
I'm not a purse gal, so this is my upsizing from being a wallet-only person. Being able to also have keys and a pen and some lip gloss in there is a great bonus over wallet-only days.
