They combine the outstanding braking power of hydraulic and oil-pressure disc brakes with the low maintenance of mechanical disc brakes: thanks to hybrid disc brakes, you no longer have to empty oil lines or change the oil, as the oil remains in a separate, closed cylinder on the brake.
